Grandstream GXP2140 Voicemail

To setup the voicemail button (top right hand corner of the quick function keys) follow these steps:

1. Login to your Grandstream phone via it's web interface (to find the IP of the phone, simply press the UP key on the phone)

2. Navigate to Accounts > Account 1 > General Settings

3. Input the extension number (final three digits) into the Voice Mail UserID field

4. Click Save and Apply

5. The voicemail shortcut button will now work

To setup the voicemail notification system on the phone itself (red flashing light and message icon) follow these steps:

1. Login to your Grandstream phone via it's web interface (to find the IP of the phone, simply press the UP key on the phone)

2. Navigate to Accounts > Account 1 > SIP Settings > Basic Settings

3. Set Subscribe for MWI to Yes

4. Click Save and Apply

5. If a voicemail is left, a red light will blink in the top right hand corner of the phone and a small voicemail icon will appear next to the account name
