Status Page
Our status page is designed to provide high-level alerting for major incidents and maintenance that will impact services on a state-by-state basis.

Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed via the Alert Centre in Hosted Network Partner Portal.
To add, edit or remove subscribers, follow the steps below:
Login to the Partner Portal using the link above
Navigate to Settings > Manage Alerts

In the Alert Centre, scroll to the bottom of the page to find StatusPage Subscriptions

Click Add Contact and fill out Name, Email and Timezone details
Times noted in email notifications to each contact are presented in the contact's selected timezone
All services are selected for subscription by default, however these can be cleared and selected individually, or in sections to match the services you wish the contact to be notified for.

Once you've added the required contacts and selected their service subscriptions, click Save at the bottom of the page
