# Service Status and Incidents

Hosted Network offer two methods that you should subscribe to for Service Status Alerts and Incidents.

1. [**Status Page**](/support/getting-started/getting-support/service-status-and-incidents/status-page.md) - Our status page is designed to provide high level alerting for major incidents and maintenance that will impact services on a state by state basis. This is accessible from <https://status.hostednetwork.com.au/>
2. [**nbn Incidents** ](/support/getting-started/getting-support/service-status-and-incidents/alert-centre.md)- The incident system will alert you on a per service basis and only if your service(s) are impacted. These alerts are generated both from Hosted Network and nbnco automatically. These are accessible only from the Partner Portal.
