Local printers not redirecting to the VDI
A common issue with the Horizon DaaS platform is that the local printers don't redirect to the VDI when the user connects to the environment. The primary cause of this issue is either:
The Horizon Agent is not up to date, or
The Horizon Client is not up to date
We recommend configuring automatic Horizon Agent downloads by following this knowledge base article so that you can easily update the agent when a new version comes available: LINK
