# How to access the Inbound Numbering System?

This guide is a quick rundown of how to access your Inbound Numbering System account, and what to do if you can't access your account or have forgotten your login details.

Your Numbering System account is unique to you specifically and cannot be accessed by other customers/partners using the same platform. It is important you remember your Account Code as this is what specifies which account you're trying to access.

To access the Numbering System simply browse to the below URL and enter your Account Code, Username (email) and Password.

{% embed url="<https://hostednetwork.numbermanager.com.au/>" %}

## What do I do if I can't remember my login or Account Code?

If you can't recall your login details or your account code all you need to do is submit a ticket with our support team at <support@hostednetwork.com.au> or via phone on 1300-781-148.

Keep in mind we cannot do the password reset over the phone for security reasons, we require an email to be sent from your company email address to verify it is coming from the correct person.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://kb.hostednetwork.com.au/support/services/voice-over-ip-voip/general/inbound-numbering-system/how-to-access-the-numbering-system.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
