Custom Template Configuration
Navigate to Partner Portal: Under Services, select Mobiles Service then Custom Template
Enter the designated email address where the eSIM QR code will come from. This will be detected as Awaiting Verification then click Update Sender Email.
A verification email will be sent to Confirm Sender Signature.
Navigate back to the portal with the email address entered and click Check If Verified.
The portal should now display the designated email verified as below. If you wish to change the email address, you can select the Update Sender Email and repeat the previous steps.
You will need to add the DNS to the domain and verify the DNS record by following the steps below as seen after email address is verified.
After verifying the DNS records, you should now see all items as Verified below.
You can now personalize the email message containing the QR code as per preference. Below is the default message from Telstra that they can use as a guide

Follow the onscreen instructions on your mobile device.
For iPhone: Tap Add Mobile Data Plan. Once completed, you should be able to see in added on the device. For Android: Once QR code is scanned, the device will check the SIM information, click 'Add' and the device should start to download and install the eSIM profile. Check service: Once plan has been activated, make a call on your device to check its connectivity. If you can't make a call, contact your service provider.
After filling out the email message, click Update Email and click Send Test Email. They will be prompted to enter an email address to receive the test email to review how the white label looks like.
Using of Custom Email in Orders
During the order journey, the customer email process will be seen on Step 3. Service Configuration
Under eSIM Delivery Information, you will enter the recipient’s email address. The check box for Use customer email template for eSIM QR code should be ticked by default when the email set up is completed. This should show what email address the branded template will be sent from.
You can now finish the ordering process as normal.
Troubleshooting
In case, there’s an encountered error with the eSIM QR sending, you can resend them through the partner portal through the steps below.
Navigate to My Services and select the select service. Click the Resend eSIM QR.
Re-enter the email address of opt to select a different email address. Click Send.
