Tenant users are the logins your customer uses. This article covers creating one and choosing the right role.
Every tenant needs at least one Tenant Administrator. That is the account you impersonate when you work inside the tenant, and it is the account you hand over if the customer wants to manage their own workloads.
To do this follow the steps below:
Click Tenants in the left sidebar and open the customer
Scroll to the Tenant Users card and click Create Tenant User
Enter a Username and Email address
Enter a Password and repeat it in Confirm Password
Enter the First Name and Last Name
Choose a Role from the dropdown
Click Save

Three roles ship with the platform:
Tenant Administrator. Full control of everything inside the tenant. Use this for the account you impersonate
Tenant User. Day to day operation of workloads without the administrative functions
Tenant - Read Only. Can look but not change anything. Useful for auditors or for a customer who only wants visibility
You can also build your own roles. See How to create a user role.
