Below is a summary of the main menu sections within the Multiportal platform

Some menu options are specific to Reseller or Tenant level.

Tenant specific items are not available under Reseller account without first impersonating a tenant admin account. See Impersonation section for more information.

Dashboard

Reseller

The dashboard contains an overview of all tenants and vDCs under the reseller account, with the ability to drill down into the lower layers as required.

It also shows information about the resources allocated to the reseller and their current allocation to tenants/vDCs below the reseller.

Tenant

The tenant dashboard shows all vDCs under that tenant and a summary of their resource usage and allocation limits

Tenants (reseller only)

Contains a list of all tenants (typically end customers) under the reseller account. Tenants can be drilled into to access the tenant layer and display vDCs and resource allocations for that tenant.

Virtual Data Centers

Contains a list of all vDCs under all Tenants that the reseller has access to. Tenants or vDCs can be drilled into from here to open the tenant or vDC specific page.

Catalogue

Contains VM templates and ISO images for building or attaching to VMs. Public ISOs and templates are available to all tenants and vDCs while private templates and ISOs can be created and uploaded for use within a specific tenant or vDC

Networking

Contains a list of any Internal or External networks available, and the ability to create additional networks

User Roles

Allows creation of granular roles to control permissions for reseller based user accounts

Backup Management (tenant only)

Contains an overview of all backups and backup jobs for the tenant and its vDCs

Settings

Contains settings for SAML and LDAP based authentication methods
