# How to Generate Call Reports

### Steps

1. Navigate to[ **https://hostednetwork.com.au/**](https://hostednetwork.com.au), click on **"Partner Login"** and login with your credentials.<br>

2. Once logged in click on “**Services"** on the left and then “**Call Reports**”.<br>

4. Fill out the Service ID, Year/Month, Date range, and/or Customer Name, then click **"Search"**

* Service ID – (“SXXXXX”) – The service for the end customer
* Year / Month – The year and month you wanted to generate.
* Date Range – The “exact” date you want the report to be generated.

5. Click on the arrow sign drop-down and click on CSV or any other format you want the report to be exported then click "Ok" to confirm, then generate and download the report.
