How to Generate Call Reports
This guide shows how you can generate a Call Report for SIP Trunk services
Steps
Navigate to https://hostednetwork.com.au/, click on "Partner Login" and login with your credentials.

Login Form Once logged in click on “Services" on the left and then “Call Reports”.

Fill out the Service ID, Year/Month, Date range, and/or Customer Name, then click "Search"

Service ID – (“SXXXXX”) – The service for the end customer
Year / Month – The year and month you wanted to generate.
Date Range – The “exact” date you want the report to be generated.
Click on the arrow sign drop-down and click on CSV or any other format you want the report to be exported then click "Ok" to confirm, then generate and download the report.
